		<description>Not really an option for me I'm afraid since I don't use windows.  The advantage of FogBugz (from that perspective) is that they do provide a Unix-installation.</description>

FogBugz was a big inspiration for me, especially in the way that the email thread and the attachments, usually screenshots, are presented in one chronological narrative.</description>
