Sounds like a great idea. I think the school we are going to send some PCs too will be interested, but it would need to be in Spanish (but some may manage with the English version).

I think that I’d try to get input from XO insiders. Maybe contacting Chris Ball (responsible of Pippy) or posting something at their mailing lists (maybe the one for Sugar?)
