		<description>Congratulations!  It is a great app.  I looked at a lot of other carts before choosing this one.  I specifically wanted something simple and straightforward, something I could process credit cards offline with and something that wouldn&#039;t bog me down with details.  I&#039;m very happy with YAK, and your assistance with it has been very much appreciated.

Might I suggest though, that instead of using a comment system for your support, you install a forum?  It&#039;s just much easier (for me anyway) to search through and read what problems others have had and have resolved when the conversations are threaded and easily searchable.  Just a thought.
