		<description><![CDATA[My IHUG broadband has been abysmal lately.  I&#8217;m getting dropped connections, slow performance, and generally an unacceptable service.
Just ran a couple of tests.  Within NZ I got:
1. 984kbps / 132kbps
2. 1380kbps / 128kbps
To LA I got:
1. 138 / 129
2. 159 / 129
To NY I got:
1. 346 / 129
2. 279 / 129
