YAK for WordPress is an open source project, but support for the plugin is primarily available on a commercial basis. If you’re experiencing a problem that you can’t solve, please check the General discussion page first, or check the Bugs page if you think you’ve found a bug.
The cost for email support is GBP £35. This is on a “per-call” basis (in other words, one problem per “call”). Your payment will be refunded if:
a) it’s actually a bug, or
b) the problem can’t be solved for some unforeseeable environmental reason (for example, the problem is caused by your webhost configuration).

For a limited time, support is only GBP £20 per issue. Click the Google Checkout button to make your payment.
Once you’ve submitted your payment, send an email to: support@blue-bear.eu
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your Google order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- Steps taken thus far to diagnose/fix the problem
- A time of the day (your local time) when it would be suitable to access your WordPress install
- A (temporary) administration account for accessing WordPress
- Whether or not you require an invoice (electronic) for the purchase
Depending upon the difficulty of the problem, access to MySQL (via MySQLAdmin if necessary) may additionally be necessary.
Terms and Conditions
- Support does not include development of any kind, including enhancements to YAK or your theme.
- Further payment may be required if the problem takes more than 1 hour to solve — however, the reasons for this will be discussed in full.
- Support required outside of the hours of GMT 12:00am to 6am will incur an additional surcharge.
- A full refund will be made if the cause of the issue is a bug in the plugin, or an unforeseeable environmental problem.
